The Pakistan Reform Movement Party, now called Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians, aims to make every possible effort for the betterment of the country and the nation and to unite all the citizens of the country on one platform. Which, by the grace and mercy of Allah Almighty, will turn the misfortune of all the citizens of the country into good fortune.
The party flag consists of two colors, the topmost part of the flag will be green and the middle will be red, above which will be a white crescent moon and star.

- The Constitution of Pakistan and all domestic laws that contain Islamic provisions, especially the protection of the finality of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the honor of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and the branches of democratic traditions and the protection of the federal parliamentary system.

Formation of a single curriculum for religious and secular education up to intermediate, making the teaching of the Quran and Hadith compulsory for every student, and modern education compulsory for students of religious madrasas.

Every person filling out the party membership form shall be an initial member of the party, provided that he is not a member of any other party and is not less than 18 years of age.
All party workers shall contribute one thousand rupees annually to the party.
The basic condition for membership of the party and election to any office is Pakistani citizenship and mental soundness, and the election for all offices will be after every (5) years, that is, all office bearers will be elected for a term of five (5) years and the election process will begin 120 days before the expiry of the term and the new office bearers will take oath at the expiry of the term. However, due to special circumstances in the country, the Amir may extend this period by one year with the approval of the Chairman (in consultation with the Vice Chairman and Secretary General).
- The annual fee paid by the party members shall be the main source of funds.
- The party members and office bearers shall deposit the instructions of their own accord in the party account.
- The money received in return for the articles printed by the party or the donations given by the public.
- The party shall have only one central bank account.
- The party’s financial year shall be closed on 30th June and no donations shall be accepted from any NGO or other country. A statement of income and expenditure shall be issued at the end of each year.
- The party fund shall be spent for party work 50% at the centre, 25% at the provincial and 15% at the divisional level.
The party shall have a Central Executive Committee (CEC) to oversee the affairs of the party at the central level. The Central Executive Committee (CEC) shall be the highest decision-making body of the Central Executive Committee, which shall be responsible for formulating policies, strategies and overseeing the functioning of the party. The CEC shall consist of elected officers, including the party chairman, vice-chairman, secretary general, deputy general secretary, president, finance secretary, information secretary, legal advisor.
The Central Executive Committee (CEC) shall be the highest autonomous body of the Party, and shall be headed by the Secretary-General.
The Party may establish provincial and local structures or chapters, each with its own leadership structure. Provincial and local chapters shall work under the guidance of the Central Executive Committee (CEC), coordinate regional activities and contribute to the objectives of the Party.
Elections within the party shall be held through intra-party elections and all these activities shall be the responsibility of the Secretary General (under the chairman).
Intra-party elections shall be conducted by secret ballot as per the country’s election laws, Election Act 2017 and Election Rules 2017. However, at present, elections within the party have been conducted only up to the central level. Later, keeping in mind the increasing membership over time, the organizational structure will be implemented at other places.
There shall be an Election Board to conduct elections within the party, headed by the Election Commissioner and consisting of four members who shall neither be office bearers nor candidates in the upcoming elections. They shall be elected by the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the party, the Secretary General and other office bearers in consultation with them and by majority decision.
Nominations and Issuance of Tickets for Public Offices Nominations for provincial national and senate seats shall be made on the basis of a majority decision of the central and provincial officials, which shall be approved by mutual consultation of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary General. If a decision cannot be reached on the basis of equality in any matter, the decision of the Core Committee in consultation with the Chairman shall be final.
The Central Chairman shall be the head of the party, and the Vice Chairman shall be his assistant, and both of them shall exercise all the powers pertaining to their office and shall ensure that all the office bearers and administrators are discharging their duties in accordance with the powers and regulations under the Constitution of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarian Party.
- The Secretary General shall perform his duties in accordance with the Constitution, and the Core Committee shall act thereunder.
- The Secretary General shall supervise the functioning of all the organs of the Party,
and shall preside over all meetings at the central level. - He shall be authorized to spend money from the Party fund.
- To negotiate with other parties at the central and provincial levels for the purpose of fulfilling, promoting and promoting the aims and objectives of the Party, any alliance or joint action plan, which shall be submitted to the Chairman after being approved by the Core Committee. The Secretary General shall be in charge of all files and records of the Party and shall be the recorder of the proceedings of all meetings of the Party units including Party conventions. All records shall be kept in the office of the Party unit. The Secretary General shall keep such files safe except those in charge of which the Secretary Finance shall be the one and shall open these files for inspection at any reasonable time on the request of any officer of the Party. The minutes of every regular or special meeting of the Party shall be certified by the Secretary General, who shall furnish a copy of such meeting to each member of the Committee. All correspondence concerning the Party shall be the responsibility of the Secretary General.
The funds of the Party shall be in the custody of the Secretary Finance who shall present written accounts of the receipts and disbursements of the Party at each meeting of the Executive Committee of the Party. The Secretary Finance shall deposit all moneys received and valuables to the credit of the Party in such banks and reserves as the Committee may by appropriate resolution designate. Copies of the report of the Secretary Finance shall be sent to all members of the Executive Committee. The Secretary Finance shall write bank checks and disburse funds to the Party unit only in such manner as may be authorized by the budget.
In the absence of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, the President shall preside over all meetings of the Party. He shall assist the Chairman and Vice-Chairman in the management of all business and financial matters of the Party. In addition, he shall provide organizational leadership to the Party. The President shall be responsible for the political education of the Party members at all levels.
The Information Secretary shall provide party events and policies to party members and the media and shall be in touch with the party leadership, members and the public. He shall keep the party leadership and committee members informed. He shall be responsible for organizing special events, news conferences and award ceremonies and shall be responsible for issuing a unified statement of the party.
The responsibilities of the Legal Advisor include providing legal support to the party, arranging and completing various legal activities, preparing the party’s legal documents, and advising the party leadership on all legal matters.
He shall assist the Secretary General in discharging his duties and in the absence of the Secretary General, he shall act as the Acting Secretary General.
A three-member committee shall be formed in consultation with the Central Chairman and the Central Secretary General, one of whom shall be nominated as the Chairperson of the Central Disciplinary Committee. The committee shall first consider the cause of the disagreement. It shall then try to resolve it and the decision shall be in accordance with the Constitution and law and shall inform the central officials of its outcome.
The Central Disciplinary Committee shall have jurisdiction over all matters affecting discipline at the central level, including central office bearers and party members, and shall have the power to hear appeals from decisions of the Regional Executive Committee.
- The Central Disciplinary Committee shall investigate complaints of misconduct by any member.
- It shall conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the complaint to which it is referred.
- Report in writing the results of the investigation and the reasons for reaching those results.
- Make recommendations to the Central Executive Committee based on the results of the investigation.
- The Central Executive Committee shall, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the recommendation of the Central Disciplinary Committee on discipline, act on the recommendation or adopt, modify or reject the recommendation as proposed and communicate its recommendations and the reasons therefor in writing to all affected parties.
- The Central Executive Committee shall consider any recommendation to be conducive to the promotion of discipline within the Party, including the suspension or expulsion of a member. This recommendation shall be automatically implemented in full in cases where no appeal is filed against it in accordance with its constitutional provisions.
- A member aggrieved or dissatisfied with the decision of the Central Executive Committee may appeal against the decision to a Central Council consisting of the central officers of the Party by submitting an appeal in writing to the Secretary General within seven (7) days of receipt of the notice of the decision. The Central Council shall consider the appeal within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the appeal and its decision shall be final and binding on all parties affected.
- Amendment to the Constitution of the Party shall be adopted by a two-thirds majority vote of the current members.
- A decision on any proposed amendment to the Constitution of the Party shall be issued by the President of the Party with a notice of not less than two weeks (period).
- Any amendment to the Constitution of the Party shall come into force only after the approval of the Central Council.
In the event of the temporary absence or illness of the Central Chairman, the entire party leadership will be vested in the Vice Chairman, and in the absence of both, the Secretary General will take over the reins of the party.
If the office of an office bearer becomes vacant due to resignation, death or any other reason before the expiry of his term of office, it shall be the responsibility of the Secretary General to call a meeting of the Central Executive Committee within 7 days for the election of an acting office bearer and to call a meeting of the Central Executive Committee of the party within 30 days of the vacancy for the election of a new office bearer so that the election of the new office bearer may be effected through by-elections.
Any officer may resign from his/her position and must submit his/her resignation to the Vice Chairman or Secretary General.
In the event of a vacancy in any elected office, a by-election shall be held to fill the vacancy.
The Central Executive Committee shall initiate the by-election process within 7 days. Members interested in standing for the vacant office shall submit their nomination papers to the Election Committee.
Registered party members shall have the right to vote in the by-election. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes shall be declared the winner.
