Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTI-P) operates under a well-defined leadership framework that ensures clarity, accountability, and efficient functioning. Each office bearer has specific responsibilities aimed at advancing the party’s mission and serving the nation.
The Central Chairman is the head of the party, and the Vice Chairman serves as his assistant. Both officials exercise all powers pertaining to their offices and ensure that all office bearers and administrators perform their duties in accordance with the party’s constitution and regulations.
The Secretary General performs duties in accordance with the party’s constitution and under the guidance of the Core Committee. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the functioning of all organs of the party
- Presiding over all meetings at the central level
- Authorizing expenditures from the party fund
- Negotiating with other parties at central and provincial levels for alliances or joint action plans, subject to approval by the Core Committee and Chairman
- Maintaining all party records, files, and proceedings of meetings

The Secretary Finance is responsible for managing the party’s financial matters. Duties include:
- Custody and oversight of all party funds
- Presenting written accounts of receipts and disbursements at Executive Committee meetings
- Depositing all money and valuables into designated party accounts
- Distributing financial reports to Executive Committee members

The President presides over party meetings in the absence of the Chairman and Vice Chairman. Additional responsibilities include:

The Information Secretary acts as the party’s liaison with members, the media, and the public. Duties include:
