Membership

Every person filling out the party membership form shall be an initial member of the party, provided that he is not a member of any other party and is not less than 18 years of age.

All party workers shall contribute one thousand rupees annually to the party.

The basic condition for membership of the party and election to any office is Pakistani citizenship and mental soundness. The election for all offices will be after every five years, meaning all office bearers will be elected for a term of five years. The election process will begin 120 days before the expiry of the term, and the new office bearers will take oath at the expiry of the term.

• The annual fee paid by the party members shall be the main source of funds

• The party members and office bearers shall deposit the instructions of their own accord in the party account
• The money received in return for articles printed by the party or donations given by the public
• The party shall have only one central bank account
• The party’s financial year shall be closed on 30th June and no donations shall be accepted from any NGO or other country

• The party fund shall be spent for party work 50% at the centre, 25% at the provincial and 15% at the divisional level

Any officer may resign from his/her position and must submit his/her resignation to the Vice Chairman or Secretary General.
